Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess product quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Lead investigations into product non-conformances and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Provide training to employees on quality control processes and procedures.
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge of IATF regulations, CGMP, and other relevant industry standards.
- Proven experience in project management, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
